The Director of Harbour Margins Ltd, Chris Clark ("Clarky") has been a commercial skipper for 35 years and has a wealth of experience at sea in a wide range of vessel types.  He has written and administered maritime operator safety systems (MOSS) for several organisations and trains and upskills skippers for a national organisation.  Chris has also been a Coastguard skipper for 20+ years and likes to share his knowledge gained from years of hard experience and is always keen to work alongside Coastguard and other training providers, Harbourmaster and Maritime NZ to improve boating safety.
